6 Ways to Boost Your Weight Loss

1. Eat breakfast. Your body is already starving from your night of sleep so why continue to deprive your body of the food it needs? 6. Get the right amount of sleep. Many people may already know that you’re more likely to gain weight if you don’t get the right amount of sleep. Sleep boosts metabolism and regenerates muscle tissue while less sleep slows the rate your body burns calories. To keep your metabolism where it should be, get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
